Regolamento

Competizione Internazionale di  Forme di Kung Fu Tradizionale.

Le Forme di "Wushu" e/o moderno non sono accettate.

Divise atleti

 

L'atleta deve eseguire la Forma con la divisa della scuola. Questa può essere:

 

         Divisa tradizionale con pantaloni lunghi e giacca con maniche lunghe

         Divisa tradizionale con pantaloni lunghi e giacca senza maniche

    Divisa tradizionale con pantaloni lunghi e maglietta (t-shirt)

     La divisa deve essere pulita e ordinata, con o senza il logo della scuola e senza sponsor.

       Le scarpe devono essere tradizionali per arti marziali.

      E' vietato l’uso di scarpe da ginnastica o scarpe pesanti

Armi

Le armi ammesse sono:

 

CORTE: bastone corto, sciabola, spada, ventaglio, coltello.

         LUNGHE: bastone lungo, lancia, alabarda.

       SNODATE: bastone 2 sezioni, bastone 3 sezioni, catena.

       DOPPIE: tutte le armi che implicano il maneggio simultaneo.

 

Per partecipare con altro tipo di armi non previste in elenco, il responsabile della società dovrà chiedere l’autorizzazione prima della gara al tavolo centrale arbitri.

L’uso delle armi dovrà essere appropriato al tipo di stile. Tutte le armi dovranno essere rigide o semi rigide (non flessibili).

È obbligatorio l’ornamento proprio di ogni arma(fiocco per la sciabola, nappa per la spada, barba per la lancia, ecc.)..

 

Area di Gara

L’area di gara sarà di 14 x 8 mt

Comportamento Atleti in Gara

All’inizio di ciascuna categoria, tutti gli atleti chiamati dovranno presentarsi sul margine del campo di gara diametralmente opposto all’arbitro centrale per la conferma della presenza e controllo della divisa e delle armi.

Se un atleta non si presenta a questa PRE CHIAMATA, verrà squalificato.

Se l’atleta si presenta con divisa o arma non conforme alla tipologia di gara avrà la possibilità di conformarsi entro la 1° CHIAMATA.

Successivamente ciascun atleta verrà chiamato (1° CHIAMATA) dallo speaker , si presenterà sul margine del campo di gara diametralmente opposto all’arbitro centrale, eseguirà il saluto prima dibentrare sul campo di gara, si posizionerà di fronte all’arbitro centrale, eseguirà il saluto (della scuola di appartenenza) all’arbitro centrale, dichiarerà obbligatoriamente il nome della forma e, facoltativo , il nome del Maestro e della Scuola.

All’alzata della bandierina bianca, l’atleta si posizionerà dove meglio crede all’interno dell’area di gara e inizierà la sua forma.

               Forza e coordinazione

               Spirito e determinazione

            Grado di difficoltà

                  Correttezza e stabilità (posizioni)

               Maneggio dell'arma

 

Punteggio Arbitrale

Gli arbitri saranno 4 agli angoli del tappeto di gara più 1 centrale.  Dei cinque punteggi arbitrali il punteggio più alto e il più basso vengono eliminati. Il punteggio finale è costituito dalla somma dei restanti punteggi.

 

Spareggi (Atleti Giunti a Parità di Punteggio)

Si considerano dapprima i due punteggi più bassi scartati: l’atleta con il punteggio più alto vince.

Se la parità permane, tutti i punteggi saranno uguali, in tal caso è previsto lo spareggio fra gli atleti con lo stesso punteggio.

Nel caso che il punteggio venga assegnato da 3 arbitri, per stabilire la classifica si sommano i 3 punteggi. In caso di parità verrà effettuato un’altra prova.

 

Penalità

 L’uso delle armi dovrà essere appropriato al tipo di gara; nel caso l’atleta non rispettasse tale modalità, sarà squalificato.

·    Per tutte le gare di forme con o senza armi, è proibito indossare anelli, catenine, fermagli e ogni altro oggetto che nella caduta o strofinamento possa causare il ferimento dell’atleta stesso. Se l’atleta comincia la gara con uno di questi oggetti sarà squalificato.

Nel caso di interruzione definitiva della forma l'atleta è squalificato.

 

Reclami e Ricorsi

·          Il giudizio degli arbitri è inappellabile.

          I reclami  possono riguardare solo errori di scrittura sulle schede di iscrizione degli atleti o il risultato di un calcolo erroneo.

        In questo caso i reclami devono essere effettuate al tavolo centrale arbitri solo dal responsabile della Scuola.

 

 

 Quote di Iscrizione

 

La quota di iscrizione per le gare dell' International Championship  è di Euro 15,00 (quindici) sia che si partecipi ad una o più categorie.

La quota di iscrizione per il Shiu Ying Children's Award è di Euro 5,00 (cinque) sia che si partecipi ad una o più categorie.

La quota di iscrizione per il Seminario con GM Chiu Chi Ling è di Euro 25,00 (venticinque).

Il Trofeo andrà alla Squadra della Scuola della Famiglia Chiu che avrà ottenuto i migliori piazzamenti nelle rispettive categorie della gara per adulti

RULES

International Competition of Traditional Forms of Kung Fu.
Forms of "Wushu" or modern are not accepted.

Uniforms athletes

The athlete must perform the forms with the school uniform. This can be:

 Kit traditional long trousers and jacket with long sleeves
 Kit traditional long pants and jacket without sleeves
 Kit traditional long pants and shirt (t-shirt)
 The uniform must be clean and tidy, with or without the school logo and no sponsor.
 Shoes must be traditional martial arts.
 The use of heavy shoes or sneakers is no accepted

Weapons

The weapons are permitted:

 Short weapons: short stick, saber, sword, knife, ventaglio
 Long weapons : long stick, spear, halberd.
 Articulated weapons: 2 section stick, 3 section stick, chain.
 Double weapons: all weapons which involve the simultaneous handling.

To participate with other types of weapons not included in the list, the official of the company shall seek authorization prior to the race officials to the central table.
The use of weapons must be appropriate to the type of style. All weapons must be rigid or semi-rigid (no flexible).

 

Area of Competition
The competition area will be 14 x 8 m

 Competition area - rules

At the beginning of each category, all the athletes who are called, must be present on the outside line of the competition area, opposite the central referee to confirm the presence and control of uniform and weapons.
If an athlete is not present in this call will be disqualified.
All athletes for the class will be Positioned at the edge of the area of race
At the call of the speaker each athlete will be called by the speaker, performs the salute before entering the race, will be placed in front of the referee shall declare the name of the module and, optionally, the name of the Master and the School.
For the elevation of the white flag, the athlete begins his form from the point of the area you deem appropriate.

Use and weapon mastery

 

Referees of Competition
The referees will be 5. Four referees in the corners of the contest area and a referee at the center. Of the five scores arbitration with the highest score and lowest are discarded. The final score is the sum of the remaining scores.

 

Play-off (Athletes arrive at the same score)
Consider first the two lowest scores dropped: the athlete with the highest score wins.
If the tie remains and all scores are equal, in this case there is a play-off between the athletes . If the score is assigned from three arbitrators to determine the rankings we sum this 3 scores. In case of a tie will be carried out another test.

 

Penalty

The use of weapons must be appropriate to the type of race. If the athlete does not comply with such rules shall be disqualified.
 To all the races of forms, with or without weapons, it is forbidden to wear rings, necklaces, brooches, and any other object in the fall or rubbing may cause injury to the athlete himself. If the athlete starts the race with one of these objects will be disqualified.
 In case of interruption of the form the athlete is disqualified
 

Complaints and Appeals

 The opinion of the arbitrators shall be final.
 The complaints may relate only to clerical errors on entry forms of athletes or the result of a miscalculation.
 In this case, the claims must be made at the central table arbitrators only from the head of the School.

 

Registration Fee

The registration fee for the International Championship is Euro 15.00 (fifteen). Participation in multiple categories is free.
   The registration fee for the  Shiu Ying Children's Award is € 5.00 (five). Participation in multiple categories is free.
   The registration fee for the Seminar with GM Chiu Chi Ling is Euro 25.00 (twenty five).
